Simple, well done, and exactly where it needs to be. A light, wine-led lunch that keeps the day moving at the right pace, without slowing it down too much.

From there, the afternoon opens up. One or two additional stops, or time in the landscape, depending on how the day is unfolding. A quiet vineyard, a stretch of coast, somewhere you would not have found on your own.

Nothing forced. Just the right call at the right time.
